2nd and 4th Saturdays  9:30 - 11:30 am

Kids' Clothes Closet is open the above hours on Mon, Wed and Fri.

Financial Assistance - We have PNM Good Neighbor Fund, Heat NM for New Mexico Gas Company, and Waste Management for Rio Rancho residents.  ALL paperwork is required before assistance will be processed (See list below).

ONLY 8 persons will be seen each day we are open - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What you must bring to receive assistance  - Food, Kids' Clothes Closet, Financial
All persons seeking assistance will need to recertify beginning January 1, 2012. To receive food or finanacial assistance you must BRING ALL DOCUMENTATION listed below.

For Food

MUST BRING   EACH TIME

The following must be brought each time you come for assistance.

1.      Photo I.D.

2.      Proof of address (current PNM, Water bill) showing you live in Sandoval County

3.      Proof of income -- check stub, AFDC letter, Medicaid letter/card,

                              And/Or

          Dept. of Labor Registration card

                              And/Or

          Proof of unemployment benefits

                              And/Or

          Social Security or SSI Letter

           NEW Clients must also bring

4.      Proof of any additional family members

5.       Proof of children enrolled in school who are 18 & over.

6.      Proof of rent or mortgage amount.

7.      Pueblo & reservation residents must have denial letters from Food Stamps & Five Sandoval County Commodity Program or a copy of current Income Tax. 

These necessary documents must be provided.  We need your cooperation and proof of an emergency to assist you.

USTED DEBE DE TRAER CADA VEZ

Usted debe de traer cada vez que viene para comida o ropas.

1.      Photo I.D.

2.      Prueba de direccion corriente de su casa o apartamento (la cuenta de PNM o agua)

3.      Prueba de salario - talon de cheque, carta de AFDC, letra o tarjeta de medicaid
                                     o
          Tarjeta de registro del departamiento de trabajo 
                                     o
          Prueba de beneficios de desempleo
                                     o
          Carta de social seguridad o social seguridad incapacidad

Clientes nuevos debe de traer

4.      Prueba de miembros adicional de la familia
 
5.      Prueba de ninos en la escuela que tiene dieciocho anos de edad o mas.

6.      Prueba de la renta con direccion o mortgage

Usted debe de pruebar emergencia para recibir comida o ropas. Usted tiene que mostrar esos documentos necesarios.

For Kids' Clothes Closet

You must   - 
 
  • have a current food card
  • an appointment made in person or by phone
  • you may receive clothes once every three months
  • the child must be present at time of appointment

For Financial Assistance

Documentation Required - If any one document is missing assistance will NOT be processed.

1.                Photo ID for ALL adults in the family.

2.                Identification for ALL children in the family:  Social Security card, Medicaid card, school ID card or birth certificates.

3.                LIHEAP assistance form or award letter (current).

4.                Proof of income and/or assistance (for all residents within the household):  Wages, Social Security, SSI, TANF or unemployment.


5.                Current utility bill.  If the utility bill is in the name of some other person-----i.e.: Landlord, other family member, etc. ----- you need a 3rd Party Authorization form, from Storehouse West, or a note from that person authorizing you to transact  business for that billing.
