The Emergency Assistance Food Program (TEFAP) is funded by United States Department of Agriculture and is administered in Sandoval County by Storehouse West. https://www.hsd.state.nm.us/lookingforassistance/emergency_food_assistance/
Storehouse West clients are eligible to receive food distributions once a month. Food packages include non-perishable staples and canned goods, as well as fresh produce, meats and peanut butter, dairy products, breads and a variety of other food items.

The Kids Clothes Closet distributes gently-used clothing plus new underwear and socks to children from birth through high school. Children come by appointment to be outfitted as many as six times per year. We also offer phone orders and curbside pick-up.
Donated clothes come from schools, churches, and individuals.
The volunteer staff assists the parents and children with finding proper sizes allowing the children to try on items to ensure a correct fit.
